| 2. To be friend with children It is vital for a preschool education teacher to know how to teach children and how to communicate with children. I want to talk about it as following: In educational opinions nowadays, teachers and children are equal in status. We should respect every child like a friend. It is easy to say, but hard to do. Everyone has his/her own right, even child. We would guide them to study rather than compel them to do something. We should talk to them kindly, take good care of their interest, know what they want to do and like. Only this can we close the relation and reach our goal. We should device varied and colorful games as many as possible to make children learn more inside. The games are the foundation of teaching. It should show that the teaching is in the game. We should pay more attention on each child's merit. Let them do everything well and confidently. The teacher should encourage children and sing high praise of their behaviors, even little thing. Then the children would be in developing and progress. There is a child in my classroom. His pronunciation is poor. I always correct him. When he made progress, we commended him and help him to set up his confidence. Now, his pronunciation has made great progress. These praises are like a halo for children by teachers' hands. So it is a duty for a preschool teacher to let children have a happy childhood and grow up. Not only as a good teacher, but also as a good friend of children as a preschool teacher.
