The kindergarten has put great emphasis on the wholesome development for moral, intellectual, physical and team cooperation training education of the children. Nowadays most family has only one child and it is different from the former generations which children could share good things each other. So he/she usually lacks of the ability and ardency to help and love each other. But now there are usually several adults and only one child in the family, and the parents are likely to spoil the child when he/she is capricious. That's why most of the children don't know how to be modest and polite. However, this kindergarten has done a lot to develop their sociability and teamwork ability.

---According to the specialty of different children, the kindergarten help them to develop the ability to think and create .In an active and healthy atmosphere, the children feel happy to study .I have found that they have a special and effective method in English teaching .It can promote the children's enthusiasm and interest in English study. They have also employed a foreign teacher, who is competent in understanding the children mentality, to have interviews with the children once a week.

---The Contract Card between the parents and the nursery is very helpful for the parents to know about their child. Each week the teachers will make phone calls with the parents. The teachers will give encouragement on the child's good deeds, and for those that are not good, they can have a discussion and find a way to make improvement. Sometimes the children are quite naughty and have no self-control; the teachers can treat them properly. They will not ask them to be well behaved at once, but offer them enough time to think and improve.

---Not only the teachers know about the children, but also the Chairman and the Principal. They know about their study, body health and diet. They pay great attention to the development of the children. That's why I am pleased to send my child here.

---The kindergarten is equipped with monitor. Whenever something special happens, the Chairman and Principal will get to know it in a minute and settle it right away.

---The environment there is very beautiful and comfortable .The equipment for the children playing is safe and firm .In order to keep the security, the kindergarten has employed the guards. And they always keep the yard clean. Every month, we parents can only go into the kindergarten twice to pick up the child, and we cannot if there is no special thing.
